I have been a full member of the Market Research Society (MRS) since 1990, and am listed in the Research Buyers Guide. Margaret Cheng Research is an MRS Company Partner. By being an MRS Company Partner, I am committed to upholding industry standards and complying with self-regulation. MRS Company Partners endorse and support the core MRS brand values of professionalism, research excellence and business effectiveness, and commit to comply with the MRS Code of Conduct throughout their organisation.

I am also a member of the Independent Consultants Group (ICG), a 300-strong association of experienced researchers that offers opportunities for networking, continuing professional development and business support. Membership of the ICG gives me access to a huge number of highly qualified research consultants.
